Using the Outlook Shared Folder
Teachers who are included in the K & E Teachers distribution list are able to share materials through Outlooks shared Public Folder. This is an excellent idea. I have just become familiar with using a blog or forum to keep in touch with friends and colleagues and it has been working great. Thank you for setting this up.
You might want to note that some people may not see their PUBLIC FOLDER in Outlook depending on the version of Outlook that they have installed at their school. If they click on the icon at the bottom of the column that looks like a yellow folder with a black arrow, then they will see it.
